Probiotics & Easy Greek Yogurt Dip

I’ve spent a lot of time doing research on gut health after being diagnosed with acid reflux. I don’t want to be on medication, and the only other way is to change a few things.

Many of you friends emailed and sent me Instagram dms about your faves and you all were a huge help! I’m so incredibly grateful. You all made this so much easier than it could have been.

So here’s what I’ve come up with.

After my research and listening to a bit of your input, I’ve partnered with BioTrust Nutrition for my gut health.

I went with the Pro-X10 supplement because of its ability bring more of the healthy bacteria to your gut in comparison to many of your uncoated probiotic capsules. One of the things I learned in my research is that many of the bacterium dies before it can even do its job. This capsule has been known to provide heat and acid resistant spore-forming healthy bacterium to help the good bacteria get to where it needs to be so that it can do its job more effectively.

Breakfast with fruit slices and yogurt dip shown with Pro-X 10, my new go to for probiotic supplements.

I’m also sharing a Greek Yogurt Dip Recipe because it’s so yummy with fruit. Mind you, it’s not the best for someone starting out with this whole anti medication for acid reflux thing, but it’s so dang good! So I ate a little and gave the rest to the kids (haha).
