Tasty Paleo Whipped Topping

The paleo lifestyle has proven to be one of the most creative ways to live for me. Finding easy foods that fit into it have been tough. Everything that’s easy is Keto.

Another thing. No dairy. That means no cheese. No milk. No cheese. Did I say no cheese? (I honestly, haven’t been able to let go.)

It also means no whipped cream.

But here’s a recipe for dairy free whipped cream that is also quite yummy enough to use on all of the yummy things that whipped cream makes more yummy. Check it out!

Tasty Paleo Whipped Topping

Prep Time: 24 hours, 35 minutes

35 minutes

Yield: 2


  • 1 can of coconut milk chilled (preferably overnight)
  • 1 tsp Swerve, Monk Fruit, Honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 chilled metal mixing bowl


Skim the chilled coconut milk cream from the top of the can and add it to the chilled bowl.

Whip the coconut cream for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Add vanilla and sweetener

Mix for two more minutes



Keep chilled or use right away. Do not make too far ahead.
